I believe that each of us has different gifts and talents. Therefore, the floorball4all movement recognises that each one of us has a talent and an ability to play the game. It doesn't focus on the most gifted, but gives everyone the same opportunities, regardless of ability, talent, age, size, skin colour, background and level of education. That is my greatest motivation.
